First login to blogger.com.
Than go to settings . Under settings there is other option. In this you will find Google Analytics at the bottom.
There you have to enter your google analytic code.
Now how to see google analytic code?
Login to your google analytic account.
Go to Admin option.
There you will find property setting. There is Tracking Id copy that and paste in your blogger.com setting.
