Should any concrete be found Honey Combed structure or in any way defective. Such concrete shall be cut out partially or wholly by the contractor .If engineer feels that the required structure will not be having same strength or shape for uniformity with other exposed surface as original desired structure/ original structure. The same shall be rejected by the engineer and required to be to dismantled and disposed by contractor. The decision of the engineer shall be final binding in this regard.
